  2. If you meet the program requirements, you will receive an invitation to the apartment and the building.
  3. Complete any remaining application requirements as instructed by Housing Partnership to finalize your eligibility.
  4. Once approved, obtain a mortgage, homeownership counseling certificate, and close.
